Allen’s – It’s time to dance – Tuesdays 7pm to 10pm

Allen’s IT’S TIME TO DANCE cater for Adult dancing only. Most are seasoned dancers but all are welcome.

Our dancers are very friendly – and so are we!! Come dance to great music at Hilton Park Bowling Club on Tuesday nights for Social Ballroom dancing.

Newcomers and visitors from the country and other States etc are made very welcome by both Bev and Allen and the dancers themselves.

Modern Jive Silk style
Dance classes every Thursday night 7pm to 9pm.

All ages welcome. No partner, no worries, come on your own, plenty of others do.
Our style is safe, sociable and if you do enough it will get you into shape also. No dancing experience required.
Some call Modern Jive “The dance of thieves” because it stole all the great moves from the other dance styles and threw away the foot work. But if you want to put foot work in you can do that also. Without standardised footwork comes freedom to dance to any genre of music.
Fast to slow, rap to disco and even classical. Your choice
You can even dance with 2 left feet.
Pat and Julie are experienced teachers and will have you dancing moves that look and feel impressive on any dance floor in no time at all. It’s fun dancing for everyone.
Just $15 per class and cheaper if you get a loyalty card.

Prime Movers – Thursdays 9.30am to 10.30am

If you would like to improve your health and fitness Prime Movers is the place to go.

With a membership of over 5000 men and women, Prime Movers provide exercise for the active older adult.

Over 80 classes are held each week in the metropolitan area and Mandurah area. They are conducted by accredited volunteer instructors.

Classes are structured to include stretching, low impact aerobics and muscle work, all carried out in a friendly environment to familiar music.
